Old City, Elfreth’s Alley, Merchants Exchange Building, Philadelphia Art Museum, Boathouse Row
Kimaya and Alex
A week before their backyard wedding, we got together in the city that was supposed to host their original day. They wanted this day to be filled with exploring. We did a small tour around the city, taking photos along the way. We started off the session in Elfreth’s Alley, eventually exploring Old City before ending up at the steps of the Art Museum and Boat House Row.
Alex and Kimaya are both from Pennsylvania but live in San Francisco. Originally, they were planning to have their wedding here in Philadelphia at the Please Touch Museum. Covid, of course, had other plans, and they ended up cancelling their big wedding and moving to a small backyard wedding at Kimaya’s childhood home.
These two are silly, serious and lots of fun. Here are a few favorites from their session!
