Blooming Hill Farm-New York Pandemic Wedding
Nicole and Nick
Nicole & Nick are two New Yorkers who have a love of sports, working out and each other. I’ve know Nicole since I started making photography a profession back in 2014. She was my point of contact for all of the work I did for the National Kidney Foundation. I met Nick by chance when he and Nicole attended a Sixers playoff game in 2019. I could tell within just a few minutes of meeting him that he and Nicole had a spark. Little did I know they would be having a New York Pandemic Wedding. I am so glad they let me be part of their special day.
Fast forward to their wedding day starting with their first look on the balcony of their hotel room, overlooking the waterfall at the Roundhouse Hotel in Beacon New York. Nicole loves Beacon, and the thought of taking over the downtown with Nick sounded like a great afternoon. Meanwhile, as we walked, Nicole busted out a few pull ups – and that was that. Â
The New York pandemic wedding happened at Blooming Hill Farm – a small group of their closest, socially-distanced friends and family got together to witness them tie the knot under the wooden arch. Fun fact about Nick – if you’ve ever watched the NBA while they were in the bubble in Florida, you’d have seen the giant screen of fans watching from home behind the players. Nick actually built all of that for the NBA. So, of course for his wedding, he made sure that everyone not in attendance could watch from the comfort and safety of their home.Â
